Our history
Workflow was founded in Malta in 2021 to provide a solution to the labor crisis that arose after Covid-19 for the local hotel, catering and food delivery industry.
Reacting quickly to the sudden increase in demand, the Workflow team immediately started recruiting qualified and experienced third-country workers, thereby eliminating the recurring problem of many employers.
In 2022, Workflow started operating in Hungary as well, providing a solution to local workforce and recruitment problems.
